By speculate a domestic medical kit, this project proposes to make human body product into medicine for self-healing and create an individual pharmacy.

Blueness Recycle is a bio design project which using genetic circuit to control the production of pleasure proteins of saliva to adjust emotion of individuals.

Saliva composition is influenced by mood, and the increase of certain chemical compounds (e.g. opiorphin) cheers a person up. After saliva being collected and psycho-emotional state being analyzed, a personalized medicine is made to decrease depression and boost pleasure.

The protein composition of human saliva depends on psycho-emotional state of individuals. Depression was accompanied by decrease of proteins, whereas emotionally positive intellectual activity caused the opposite effect. It is suggested that human saliva may be used as an experimental model for the development of diagnostics of various psycho-physiological states.
